Ergonomic Design & High-Quality Materials

In this regard, besides providing worktop surface at a ergonomic 735mm height, our furniture grants a 750mm depth aimed at free leg space imrpoving operator comfort.
Same applies for manufacturing materials. Console structure is built in steel ensuring great stability and resistence. As far as work surface concerns, HPL (compact fenolic laminate) builts worktop frame, whose features avoid any danger from liquid leakages, any roughness is made or any lighting.
Height Adjustable Consoles
In accordance with ergonomic requirements, height adjustable feature establishes as an essential asset for Tower Control sites.
The available console series for ATM are provided with height adjustable regulation by means of 4 lifting actuators, 2 in each side granting complete control, resistence and stability.
Lifting capacity can reach up to 1250mm height. Also, actuators allow for a 250kg lifting capacity. In addition, 2 additional lifting columns can be placed increasing lifting capacity.
Equipment Storage & Cable Management
Console inner space grants a great storage space. Indeed, each independent module bay can store 19” equipment devices giving place to several rack frames units. Access from front and rear is easied thanks to removable panels. Eventually, KVMs trays, CPU units, PDU units and other displays may be accomodated as well.
Furniture design considers the need of cable management. In this regard, specific cable routing runs the through the whole console length via differentiated paths suitable to each cable type.
Side panels have cable entries at their feet. Additionally, in case of having technical cabinets these will have cable entries on its feet too.
Monitor Integration & Work Surface Equipment
Airport Control Tower, Simulation & Training Rooms or other ATM installations tend to allocate a vast range of equiment devices. Monitor arms are placed at rear of worktop surface. This area allows integration of different size screens which can be mounted on single and dual monitor arms, as well as specific rail and totems to meet dedicated configurations.
In those environments, it is very common to host devices and displays at worktop surface. Leaning pods or interchangeable panels suitable for different rack frame units are placed close to working area.
Additional and custom equipment devices can be accomodated too. It is the case of VCS screens, mounted on fixed supports at worktop, or radio & voice communication system devices, headphones, phones, emergency buttons, additional screens, and many others.
